Our Drop-In Gymnastics program offers a flexible way to enjoy time in the gym without committing to a weekly class. Whether you want to work on skills, build strength, or just have fun in a safe environment, drop-in is a great option.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: Ages 13+
7:30-9:00PM
Saturdays: All ages welcome
1:30-3:30PM
What to Expect
Drop-in sessions are less structured than regular classes. Participants can move between equipment and focus on the skills or activities that interest them most. Our certified coaches are always present to provide supervision, ensure safety, and offer guidance when needed.
Additional Information
Please wear athletic clothing with no zippers, buttons, or jewelry.
Bring a water bottle.
A signed waiver is required for all participants.
